John Summit CTRL ESCAPE Tour Ticket Giveaway

1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Ontario, Canada, aged 18 or older. Employees, owners, and immediate family members of Sushi On Fennell are not eligible to enter.

2. Contest Period

The contest begins on October 8, 2026, and closes on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET.

3. How to Enter

Purchase Entry:

  • One (1) entry per eligible online order placed through the official Sushi On Fennell website or in-store kiosk during the contest period.

  • No minimum purchase required.

  • In-store orders placed directly with staff and orders through third-party delivery apps do not qualify.

  • Each eligible order receives one (1) entry, regardless of the number of items purchased.

All eligible entries have an equal chance of winning.

4. Prize

One (1) prize consisting of two (2) tickets to John Summit’s CTRL ESCAPE Tour at TD Coliseum in Hamilton, Ontario, on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at 7:00 PM.

Prize Details:

  • Seats: Section 212, Row 9.

  • The prize has no cash alternative and is non-transferable.

  • Sushi On Fennell is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or inaccessible tickets after delivery to the winner.

Not included: Transportation, parking, food and beverages, accommodations, or any other expenses associated with attending the event.

5. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the contest period.

The draw will take place on Thursday, October 22, 2026. The selected entrant will be contacted using the contact information provided at entry.

The selected entrant must respond within twelve (12) hours of notification. If the selected entrant does not respond within this period, is found ineligible, or fails to meet the requirements in these rules, Sushi On Fennell reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

6. Skill-Testing Question

Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer the following mathematical skill-testing question without assistance:

(15 × 4) + 12 − 6 = ?

7. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Terms & Conditions.

Sushi On Fennell reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or submitted in violation of these rules. Sushi On Fennell may modify, suspend, or cancel the contest where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable laws.

This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with John Summit or TD Coliseum.

8. Release of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, participants release Sushi On Fennell and its affiliates, owners, employees, and representatives from liability arising from participation in the contest or acceptance or use of the prize.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used for contest administration, winner notification, and prize fulfillment in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Personal information will not be used for unrelated marketing without appropriate consent.

10. Governing Law

This contest is governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
